it was from a newspaper. Back in 2004? I had a fairly ridiculous collection of vintage scooters and gas prices were going up, so the paper did an article on me and how I was laughing at everyone who was putting 20 bucks in the tank to go across town. I hid the Grand Wagoneer for that shoot though

Ill look for the article in a bit, but it might be in the archives. And yeah it was stolen a week after the article. Luckily they left my Fuji Rabbit 90 that was parked right next to it! That one probably 3-5 grand for a real good one. Some others I had at the time

Me with my 1956 MGA Roadster, my father-in-law who drove it while he was in college in the '70s, and his father, who is just an all-round awesome guy (at 90-something years old, he still owns and flies a light aircraft, and daily-drives a '76 Karmann Ghia). I think that this might have been right around the the time that I first got it started after 30 years of being in storage.
